  1. 6x Pull-ups (can use assist) on the minute every minute for 10 minutes
  2. 6x Deadlifts on the minute, every minute for 10 minutes
  3. Superset. 3x8 Bent over row, 3x25 Kettlebell swing 90 seconds rest
  4. 3KM Row
  5. 50x TRX row
  6. 100x Weighted russian twist
